Italian Espresso Roast
We roast our Italian traditionally to ensure that your shots of espresso contain minimal acidity with a full body. This is specifically designed for espresso and has been used in our coffee shop for years!
This coffee is designed for use in manual tamp espresso machines and the shots are best poured between 20-25 seconds. We use 18-20 grams in each shot, for roughly 1.5 ounces of espresso. We tamp at a minimum of 30 pounds and a maximum of 40 pounds.
